Iplex Reward with Purchase Promotion Terms & Conditions

General Terms

1. Entry into this promotion is deemed as acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

2. This promotion is exclusive to Mico trade account holders.

3. Spend a minimum of $3000 (excl GST) or more with a minimum of 50% on fittings between 1 March and 30 April 2026 (the Promotion Period) on Iplex® products and receive one reward-with-purchase, via redemption, while stocks last. The promotion applies to cumulative spend and is non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Qualifying Iplex products are any Iplex Novadrain® or Novakey® pipe (100mm or below) or Iplex Novakey®, Novadrain® or Stormfit® fitting. Pipe includes Mico branded 100mm pipe. Excludes quoted commercial jobs or any Kainga ora accounts.

5. Entry for each promotion is automatic on invoices raised for qualifying customers. To be eligible for the reward, you must comply with Mico’s trade terms and conditions of sale both during the Promotion Period and up until the reward is received. Each reward is distributed after the promotion is completed and the applicable account is paid unless otherwise stated. Each reward must be claimed within 60 days of the end of the Promotion Period.

6. There are different rewards available to be redeemed depending on your qualifying spend during the Promotion Period:

7. Employees of Iplex Pipelines NZ Limited, Mico and its promotional agencies plus members of their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

8. Only one reward per account will be redeemed. The redeemed reward will be based on spend and this will be determined at the end of the Promotional Period.

9. Promotion becomes invalid if the purchased product is returned for credit or exchanged with an alternative product and the Promoter reserves the right (acting reasonably) to disqualify where the redeemer has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions or the spirit of the promotion.

10. Recipients may have rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which cannot be excluded or limited by the Promoter. These rights include statutory guarantees that any goods provided by the Promoter will be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose, and that any services provided by the Promoter will be rendered with due care and skill. These terms and conditions do not, and do not intend to, exclude or limit those statutory rights in any way. However, to the extent it is permitted by law to do so, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, under laws other than the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 regarding the quality or suitability of the reward awarded as part of this Promotion and will not be responsible for breach of such representations or warranties.

11. Recipients should look to the manufacturer of the reward for all warranties. However, these terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void. The reward is not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash.

12. If a reward is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the reward in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute reward of equal or greater value.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this Promotion or to modify, extend, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion.

14. Unless the Promoter determines otherwise, this Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion that the Promoter may be running concurrently.
