Order and Delivery Update
To our valued customers,
Due to exceptionally high demand across our PE and PVC pipe ranges, combined with ongoing global supply disruption, customers will experience extended order processing and delivery timeframes over the coming weeks.
To manage supply responsibly and ensure fair access to product across our customer base, we have temporarily introduced order allocation controls.
These measures are necessary to maintain continuity of supply during a period of constrained global resin availability, particularly following ongoing disruption in key resin-producing regions.
What to Expect
Order Processing
- Orders are processed in the order they’re received.
- An order allocation process is currently in place to manage PE and PVC pipe ranges. This may mean we are unable to supply your order in full at this time, but we will communicate what we can supply.
- An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. Please note, this may take up to 72 hours.
- Next day delivery is temporarily unavailable.
- Most deliveries are currently expected to take longer than standard lead times.
How You Can Help
