To our valued customers,

 

Global logistics challenges through the Strait of Hormuz continue to delay the supply of key raw material. Our focus remains firmly on maintaining reliable supply for New Zealand customers. To do this as fairly as possible, we are actively managing orders and allocations across our product range. Please be advised that this approach will cause delays, but it has been adopted to ensure continuity, equity, and reliability throughout this period of disruption.

What we’ve done in the last two weeks

  • Introduced temporary order limits to ensure equitable access to product and maintain availability.
  • Assessed projects individually to manage supply responsibly.
  • Reviewed all active quotes and price support and proactively contacted impacted customers.
  • Supported our front‑line customer and supply teams to enable consistent service delivery.
 

Despite our best efforts, some impacts remain outside of our control. These measures give us the best opportunity to meet critical demand; however, there may be occasions where raw materials or finished goods are temporarily unavailable. We appreciate your patience as we work through these challenges.

We would also like to acknowledge the patience shown toward our front‑line teams and thank our customers for continuing to work within the temporary order processes, which help ensure product remains accessible across the market.
