Iplex Poliplex PE100 Pressure Pipe

Iplex Poliplex® is a range of metric series PE 100 polyethylene pressure pipe, including metric OD sizes from 75mm to 1200mm for pressure water applications. Iplex Poliplex® is suitable for a range of applications including:
- Water distribution for town, rural and irrigation purposes
- Pressure sewer rising mains
- Submarine pipelines for ocean outfalls and under harbour pipelines
- Estuary and river crossings
- Above ground temporary and unrestrained pipelines
- Above ground fixed (restrained) pipe system
- Pipeline renovation liners
- Sleeve pipes for corrosion or mechanical protection
- Dredge discharge lines
- Mine tailings disposal
- Trenchless installations, including horizontal directional drilling, pipe bursting and slip lining
- Landfill gas extraction
Iplex Poliplex® is manufactured in accordance with AS/NZS 4130 ‘PE Pipes for Pressure Applications’ using pre-compounded materials conforming to AS/NZS 4131 ‘PE Compounds for Pressure Pipes and Fittings’. Standards Mark Licence number SMK20400.
Availability

Lengths
• Maximum lengths available are subject to PN Class and weight limits
• All pipe lengths are subject to PN class, maximum weight limits, and maximum length limits to transport manufacturing lead times and tooling availability
Colours
• 3500 Series pipe colour options may include black, or coloured coextruded (CX) jackets, or coloured Multi-stripes (MS), including Blue, Cream, or Purple and may be subject to minimum production quantities, manufacturing lead times and tooling availability.
Drum Coils
• All Drum Coil lengths are subject to PN class, maximum weight limits and maximum length limits to transport, manufacturing lead times and tooling availability

B = Black
CX = Co-Extruded Blue Jacket
MS = Multi-stripe Bluestripe
500m - 1000m lengths are drum coils
100m - 200m lengths are large free-standing coils
