Poliplex is a versatile polyethylene pipe available in a wide range of sizes from DN20 to DN2000. It is suitable for a wide range of applications including

Poliplex is manufactured in accordance with AS/NZS 4130 ‘PE Pipes for Pressure Applications’ using pre-compounded materials conforming to AS/NZS 4131 ‘PE Compounds for Pressure Pipes and Fittings’. Iplex PE pressure pipes are independently certified in accordance with the test requirements of AS/NZ 4130. Standards Mark Licence number SMK20400.

Poliplex is durable, tough and flexible with a potential asset life of at least 100 years Poliplex has low celerity to minimise water hammer, is suitable for deeply buried pipelines and has excellent abrasion resistance.

Poliplex can be used for a variety of applications, ranging from water transmission and distribution mains for cities and towns, rural water infrastructure, as well as above ground temporary and unrestrained pipelines.
Jointing Methods
Poliplex may be joined using industry standard butt or electro fusion jointing methods.
Ease of Identification
Colour options make it easy to identify the applications suitable for each type of pipe. For example fully black pipe can be used for general applications, dark blue jacket or stripes on black inner is suitable for pressure drinking water usage.
Installation Methods
Can be installed using a wide range of installation methods including Horizontal Directional Drilling, Slip Lining, Swage Lining, Pipe Bursting or conventional open cut methods
